William M. Kelly

Bill was President of Lingold Associates, LLC, a registered investment advisor in New York City and an associate of William T. Golden for over 30 years. Prior to that, Bill worked for the National Aviation and Technology Corporation in New York where he was responsible for investment decisions regarding the technology and aerospace portions of the company's mutual funds. Before that, Bill was a VP and Portfolio Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Bill's activities have included Independent Trustee for the First Eagle Group of Mutual Funds in NYC; Director and Treasurer of Black Rock Forest Consortium, Cornwall, NY; Trustee, St. Anselm College, Manchester, NH; and VP, Trustee and Treasurer of Sergi S. Zlinkoff Funds for Medical Education, NYC.

Bill's previous activities include serving on the Board of Governors and Board of Advisors as well as acting as, Trustee, Treasurer, and Member of several colleges, associations, philanthropies and for profit and not-for-profit organizations in NYC. Bill holds a BA from St. Anselm College, an MA from Duquesne University and an MBA from New York University.
