Michael T. Becker, Managing Partner

Michael Becker
Mr. Becker, a co-founder of Broadsword Partners in 2000, was a Senior Vice President and Director of Equities at UBS Warburg Dillon Read from 1994 to 2000. Prior to Dillon Read, he was a Senior Vice President at Smith Barney and Kidder Peabody. His scope of responsibilities included institutional equity and fixed income sales, retail equity and fixed income sales, private equity analysis and capital raising. He graduated from the University of Arizona and received an MBA from Columbia Business School graduating with honors. He served on the Board of Directors of the Lymphoma Research Foundation for over seven years and Vodium, Inc., is a Columbia Business School Lang Fund mentor, and a 2008 graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and 2009 NYPD Citizens Academy. Through his far-reaching network of national and international relationships, Mr. Becker has been an active private equity investor for over 20 years and assisted many firms in developing business and financial strategy. Mr. Becker is registered with the NASD and holds the series 7 and 63 securities licenses with Shields & Company, New York.

Michael A. Bucci II, Managing Director

Michael Bucci
Michael Bucci has practiced law for over 20 years, representing Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller businesses and individuals. Prior to joining Broadsword Partners in 2006, he ran a private law practice in Larchmont, NY, and before that was a member of the corporate finance group at Schulte, Roth & Zabel, LLP in New York (1988 through 1995). Michael has a broad background in economics, tax and law as well as business and private equity investing. In aggregate transactions exceeding $10 Billion, he has represented clients in stock and asset acquisitions, secured and unsecured financings, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, DIP financings, and interest and currency swaps. He is an instrument rated aviation pilot, a former director at the YMCA Camp Chingachgook, Lake George, NY, and a fundraising leader for Brown University.

Michael graduated from Brown University with an A.B in Economics (1978), received a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School (1982), and has an L.L.M. (Tax) from New York University School of Law (1984).

E. Jack Finn, Managing Director

Jack Finn
Mr. Finn is the retired Chairman of the Board and Partner of Dorr-Oliver, Inc., a process engineering and equipment firm. An electrical engineering graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Finn's business experience has been in operations, general management, new venture development and strategic planning. He has held various executive positions with The Carborundum Company, Kennecott Corporation and The Standard Oil Company prior to joining Dorr-Oliver. Jack has served on numerous corporate boards, including Director of Esterline Technologies, Inc., Stantec, Inc. and Vodium, Inc. Mr. Finn is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Paul Cuatrecasas

Paul is currently CEO and founder of Alegro Capital, London. Alegro Capital is a London-based FSA-regulated M&A, corporate finance and strategic advisory group focused on the following activities: M&A, Capital Markets, Strategic Advisory, Private Equity and Asset Management. Prior to Alegro, Paul was Founder and Managing Director of ARC Associates for 11 years, a leading UK boutique advisor of TMT mergers and acquisitions. While at ARC, Paul completed over 25 M&A transactions across the globe worth in excess of $5 Billion and over 40 corporate finance advisory and strategic consulting assignments as well as was responsible for raising capital for over a dozen private placements with a value in excess of $400 million.

Before ARC, Paul was a senior associate at Arkwright Capital in London, spearheading M&A and corporate finance advisory projects. He also worked for GE Capital as an Associate in the LBO and Restructuring Group in New York.

Paul holds an MBA from Columbia University, has dual US and UK passports and is fluent in Spanish. Paul has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions.

Robert F. Goldhammer

Mr. Goldhammer, a co-founder of Broadsword Partners, is the retired Chairman of the Board of Directors of Imclone Systems and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kidder Peabody & Co., where he was employed from 1956 to 1989. While at Kidder, he was Chairman of the Boston Stock Exchange (1969 to 1972), a member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Bankers Association (1967) and President of Concord International Investments. He is currently the Chairman of CommunityConnect, an online community destination for US ethnic groups, in New York. Throughout his career, Mr. Goldhammer has advised numerous firms in the areas of fundraising, operations, marketing, finance, strategy, and management. He is a graduate of Boston University

William M. Kelly

Since 1980, Bill has been an associate of William T. Golden and is President of Lingold Associates, LLC, a registered investment advisor in New York City. Prior to that, Bill worked for the National Aviation and Technology Corporation in New York where he was responsible for investment decisions regarding the technology and aerospace portions of the company's mutual funds. Before that, Bill was a VP and Portfolio Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Bill's current activities include Independent Trustee for the First Eagle Group of Mutual Funds in NYC; Director and Treasurer of Black Rock Forest Consortium, Cornwall, NY; Trustee, St. Anselm College, Manchester, NH; and VP, Trustee and Treasurer of Sergi S. Zlinkoff Funds for Medical Education, NYC.

Bill's previous activities include serving on the Board of Governors and Board of Advisors as well as acting as, Trustee, Treasurer, and Member of several colleges, associations, philanthropies and for profit and not-for-profit organizations in NYC. Bill holds a BA from St. Anselm College, an MA from Duquesne University and an MBA from New York University.

Gil Limonchik

Gil Limonchik has been the CEO of Silynx Communications, Inc. since 2005. Silynx is a Rockville, MD based world leader in advanced tactical/covert software defined communication headset systems for global military markets. Gil has over 17 years of experience in the military and defense market. Prior to Silynx he spent his career, both military and civilian, working very closely with special operations community in the field of tactical and covert communication systems. Limonchik worked for Racal in 1998 then for Thales and headed the International Business Development activities of Thales Communications, Inc., part of the Land & Joint Systems Division of the Thales Group. Limonchik was responsible for the rapid growth of Thales Communications Inc's. international business, including introduction of the AN/PRC-148 MBITR, the first software defined tactical hand held radio in the world into Australia, the United Kingdom, Norway, Israel and numerous other NATO countries. Prior to joining Thales, Limonchik worked for Tritech Ltd. where he established and headed the government business development division. Limonchik was born in New York and in the 1980s served in the Israeli Special Forces. He was a commander in one of the Israeli first tier Special Forces units prior to assuming his civilian responsibilities. In addition to his operational assignments, Limonchik served as a Special Warfare Equipment Officer.

Limonchik holds a law degree, and was awarded a master of business administration from the University of Maryland.

Richard P. Mastoloni

Richard P. Mastoloni is corporate Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Loral Space & Communications. Loral is a multi billion dollar high technology company that concentrates primarily on satellite manufacturing and satellite-based services, including transponder leasing and value added services, domestic and international corporate data networks, broadband data transmission, content and Internet services and is traded on the NASDAQ. Loral owns 100% of Space Systems / Loral, the world's leading commercial satellite manufacturing business and 64% of Telesat, a global operator of satellites and provider of satellite services.

On October 31, 2007 Loral completed the acquisition of Telesat from Bell Canada for Canadian 3.25 billion and the merger of Loral's 100% owned Skynet business into Telesat to form the 4th largest satellite services company in the world. Loral completed this transaction by forming a partnership with Canadian pension fund PSP Investments, contributing equity and raising approximately US $3.3 billion in debt facilities from a group of banks lead by Morgan Stanley, UBS and JP Morgan. In the transaction Mr. Mastoloni played the deal team's leadership role for the acquisition, partnership and the financing of the transaction.

Mr. Mastoloni is a member of the executive management team of Loral that operates Loral's businesses globally. Over ten years at Loral, Mr. Mastoloni has completed more than ten billion dollars in investments, acquisitions, financings and joint ventures and restructurings. He has primary responsibility for managing institutional and banking relationships and overseeing all corporate finance and treasury operations for Loral.

Prior to Loral, Mr. Mastoloni spent eleven years as a banker for J P Morgan Securities in the Technology, Media and Telecom and Mergers & Acquisitions groups where he advised and financed leading public and private companies around the world.

Mr. Mastoloni is also a member of the Board's of Satelites Mexicanos and XTAR LLC. He is 43 and obtained an MBA with honors from Columbia University and a BA in economics from the University of Vermont.

Lutz Peters

Dr. Peters has been a Managing Partner of Schwartauer Werke GmbH&Co., a private German food manufacturer, since 1974 and is the CEO of Hero, a Swiss food company listed on the Zurich Stock Exchange since 1996. He also currently serves as a Director to Deutsche Bank Lubeck AG and Possehl, Lubeck. Prior to that, he was a consultant for McKinsey & Co. from 1969 to 1974 in Dusseldorf, Germany. He attended the Swiss School of Economics, St. Gallen, the Free University of Berlin, and received a PhD in Economics, summa cum laude, from Freiburg University. Dr. Peters lives in Hamburg, Germany.

William H. Pickle

Mr. Pickle is the founder of The Pickle Group, LLC; a Washington, D.C. based Business Development and Governmental Affairs firm. Prior to this, Mr. Pickle served as the 37th Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate. In this role, Mr. Pickle was the Chief Operating Officer of the Senate, responsible for the day to day operations of the Senate as well as for oversight of the U.S. Capitol Police Department. Previous to being nominated and elected to this position by the Senate, Mr. Pickle served as the first Senior Executive Service Security Director of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Prior to the creation of TSA, Mr. Pickle served as the Deputy Inspector General of the Department of Labor.

The bulk of Mr. Pickle's public service was with the United States Secret Service where he rose through the Agent ranks to become Deputy Assistant Director. During this 25 year career, he served in numerous senior positions to include Special Agent in Charge of the Vice Presidential Protective Division during the 2000 Presidential Election, as well as head of the Secret Service Legislative Affair Office during President Clinton's first Administration.

Mr. Pickle is a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran who served as an infantryman and door gunner with the First Cavalry Division in 1968-69. Today, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Digital Defense Group as well as Director and Senior Advisor for a number of telecommunications and technology corporations to include Hysky Communications, Koolspan Technology, Criterion Systems and Cornerstone Associates. He is a former member of the 2004 Presidential Election Advisory Committee and a current member of the Presidential Medal of Valor Committee. Mr. Pickle continues to hold Top Secret Clearance with the United States Government.

Gregg T. Summerville

Gregg began his career in the investment management business in the Trust Department of Mellon Bank as an analyst and then portfolio manager. He then joined Cummins Engine Company as a manager of the company's pension fund. Gregg joined Kirr, Marbach & Company (KM & Co) in June 1981 in Columbus, IN. He served in various capacities at KM & Co until 2005, starting out as a portfolio manager, then Chief Investment Officer, and finally as Strategist for the firm. Gregg is currently President of Tecumseh Capital Partners LLC and is the Investment Advisor to Shawnee Partners. Gregg has an A.B. from Indiana University, an MBA from Indiana University and is a CFA.

Gregg is currently on the Board of St. Andrews Turf Products and has served on the boards of Vodium, Inc. and ProCard Inc. of Denver, Colorado which was sold to Synovus Corp in 2000. Gregg is a board member of the Columbus Regional Hospital Foundation and the Indiana University Foundation. He is a Trustee of the Indiana State Museum and a member of the Deans Advisory Council for the Indiana University School of Business.

Peter N. Schaffer

Peter is a Partner at Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC and previously was a Managing Director at Guiliani Capital Advisors in New York and is an expert in the retail and consumer products industry. He has more than 25 years of retail and consumer industry experience including four years as the global industry leader for retail & consumer products investment banking at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and prior to that was a Senior Analyst at DLJ covering numerous retail and consumer stocks. Before that, Peter was at Dillon Read as a Senior research analyst.

Peter has extensive retail industry management experience from his position as a senior executive at both Bloomingdale's and Macy's where he had responsibility in areas such as merchandising, store operations to international buying for several types of goods.

Mr. Schaeffer has served on the board of advisors of several private retailers and is considered an expert in the field by the media. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management and Marketing from Drexel University. Mr. Schaeffer is a recipient of the Dewar's Scotch Doers Award, was selected by Crain's NY for their premier "40 under 40" issue and has been included in "Who's Who in the East," since 1996.

Barry N. Wish

Mr. Wish has served as Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Ocwen Financial Corporation since 1996 and was Chairman of the Board of the company from 1988 to 1995. He previously served as a Managing General Partner of the Oxford Financial Group, a merchant banking and arbitrage partnership, which he founded. From 1979 to 1983, he was a Managing General Partner of Walsh, Greenwood, Wish & Co., a member of the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to the founding of that firm, Mr. Wish was a Vice President and Partner of Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College. Mr. Wish has been an active venture capital investor for his own account.
