Michael A. Bucci II, Esq.

Michael Bucci joined Broadsword Partners in 2006. He is a transactional lawyer who has represented clients in a variety of acquisitions, financings, joint ventures and restructurings having an aggregate value exceeding $5 billion. Before starting his own law practice in 1996, Michael was a member of the corporate finance group at Schulte, Roth & Zabel, LLP in New York for seven years. Prior to that he worked at Dewey Ballantine (corporate department) and Kelley, Drye & Warren (litigation department) in their New York offices. Michael graduated from Brown University with an A.B in Economics (1978), received a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School (1982), and has an L.L.M. (Tax) from New York University School of Law (1984). He is a pilot, a former director at the YMCA Camp Chingachgook, Lake George, NY, and a fundraising leader for Brown University.
