Broadsword Partners seeks firms whose financial status matches most or all of the following criteria:
- Value-added, niche manufacturing and service firms with revenues between $10 and $500 million, although we will consider smaller and larger firms with above average profitability and well defined growth opportunities
- Established customer base with low to moderate degree of sales concentration and market leadership positions
- EBITDA margins of 15% or higher, low debt to equity
- Proven record of stable financial performance and continuous profitability or near-profitability
- Growth opportunities through internal growth or through strategic acquisition
- Clear market and product differentiation and a tangible competitive advantage
- Compelling value proposition for customers; products and services that offer increases in productivity, higher margins, and deliver a significant R.O.I.
Geographic Interests
Broadsword Partners will consider investments anywhere in North America, Europe, or Latin America but preference is given to those companies with physical nexus in the Northeast and Western portion of the US.Intermediaries
