Gil Limonchik

Gil Limonchik has been the CEO of Silynx Communications, Inc. since 2005. Silynx is a Rockville, MD based world leader in advanced tactical/covert software defined communication headset systems for global military markets. Gil has over 17 years of experience in the military and defense market. Prior to Silynx he spent his career, both military and civilian, working very closely with special operations community in the field of tactical and covert communication systems. Limonchik worked for Racal in 1998 then for Thales and headed the International Business Development activities of Thales Communications, Inc., part of the Land & Joint Systems Division of the Thales Group. Limonchik was responsible for the rapid growth of Thales Communications Inc's. international business, including introduction of the AN/PRC-148 MBITR, the first software defined tactical hand held radio in the world into Australia, the United Kingdom, Norway, Israel and numerous other NATO countries. Prior to joining Thales, Limonchik worked for Tritech Ltd. where he established and headed the government business development division.

Limonchik holds a law degree, and was awarded a master of business administration from the University of Maryland.
